Return period: You have 14 days to return the product.

At FLUFFY™ , we strive to make our customers happy with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Our return policy is designed to make this process as easy as possible.

Return period. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Product condition. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.

To return an item, follow the steps below

Reason : enter the reason for the return.

Return label : Once confirmed, you will receive a return label by email.

Delivery: send the item with the provided return label within 14 days. Refunds Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

 

Exceptions Certain types of products, such as perishables and personalized products, may not be eligible for returns.
